Red bumps all over body

My 4 week baby has red bumps all over her body. Doc prescribed to give atarax 5 drops thrice for 5 days. Is it safe? And what could be the cause for red bumps?

Though safe,not really required. It's simple infantile eczema,which will keep recurring for 1 st year of life. Just apply elovera cream twice a day,and keep skin moist by applying a mixture of equal parts of glycerin and rosewater or lime juice after giving bath.
