Red bumps on face post waxing

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I had a facial wax on Saturday.To avoid red bumps i washed my face with cold water.Since then, red bumps have developed all over the face. I have taken avil to avoid any infection and applying aloevera gel since then. Please suggest an ointment. I have read about POLYFAX. Is it useful?
