Red dots on skin
I have skin problem. Small red dots inside first layer of skin. at some places it is visible a little bit deep(visible using torch). areas affected are foot sol and palm and toes. It must have been my heel hor long but i coudnt see it, now they are evident.
some times small bumps which is not red but pale in the vicinity of red dots... wherever these red dots are, it itches and skin becomes hard and dry. please help
