Red itching bumps on legs

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I’ve had this condition ever since I shaved this one time in the shower. I’m not sure if it’s from my body wash or a rash or simply razor burn but it looks ugly. Lots of the bumps will scab over or just be raised bumps. Very itchy.
