Red itchy rashes
I got red itchy rashes on the joining point of my right shoulder and neck and in one place on the back of the neck few weeks ago. They won't go away. I applied pure Coconut oil and Aloe Gel but nothing happened. What should I do? Thank you in advance.

You should consult online with more detailed history and clear puctires for a proper diagnosis and treatment. It can be anything right from atopic dermatitis to a fungal component like pityriasis versicolor, to an irritant contact dermatitis.
Next Steps
Either consult online or to a dermatologist
Health Tips
Avoid soap Just apply a bland moisturiser.
