Red on skin
Little part of my skin on left hand became red.
Two days back I have donated blood through same hand.

If you have donated blood from the same hand then this is bruising due to pressure tourniquet.
It might take sometime but would heal on it own. There is no need to treat this.
You can do icing if it hurts over the same area.
