Red open patch on right cheak
On 24 march morning i saw a small red pimple on my sons right cheak i thought it is mosquito bite but 8 days later slowly it grew to a size of 1 rupee coin today it has grown larger it is red patch open wound type with no swelling .what it could be and what is medicine for it.
