Red patch on legs

Asked for Female, 50 Years

I have got red round spot like blood clots on legs.Earlier there was one which was on thigh on left leg.but it got disappeared after some days now I got the same red round clot kind of spot on right leg near calf.what can be the symptoms indicating? Which doctor should I show?
