Red patch on scalp
I have a red patch on scalp and dandruff problem also. In the red patch area there is a heavy itching also. What type of problem is this and to what type of treatment I should go for?
I am also confused between Homeopathic and allopathic medicines? Which one I should go for?

Hello there...., I went through your query...
Following these steps would help- try using antifungal shampoos daily or every other day until your dandruff is controlled; then cut back to two or three times a week, as needed.... If you tend to have an oily scalp, daily shampooing may help prevent dandruff....
A diet that provides enough zinc, B vitamins and certain types of fats may help prevent dandruff....Kindly consult Dermatologist for further advice...
