  4. Red patches on whole body. Please help.

Red patches on whole body.
I had normal viral till yesterday and i woke up in very high fever today morning and i also realised red patches all over my body. Please tell what should i do. And what problem i have exactly. My fever is gone now. It was 100 the last time i checked. But the patches are still there. Please help.
