Red Raised Lump on Crotch
I have a small, raised, red lump on the skin right where my leg and crotch meet. It itches. My underwear irritates it. It's about 2cm wide and an inch long. I used Ketoconazole on it for about a week, nothing changed. I then tried Vagisil for a week and nothing changed, except that it itched less. I know its not sexually related at all, I'm a virgin. It's in an embarrassing area and I really don't want to go into the doctor's office. Is there any over the counter medication or cream??
