Red raised spot on collarbone.

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I've had a red raised spot on my collarbone for two weeks or more now and it feels slightly tender, hasn't got any smaller or healed. Doesn't look like a normal spot so don't know if I should pop it? Feels hard to the touch and like it's filled with something-maybe blood?
