Red rash around the penis
Had a red rash on my penis for around 6 months now. Started off blotchy but now has engulfed all my groin/ testicle area. Seems to go through phases of itchy, and sore, then fine. Doctor says it's fungal but 3 months of treatment with anti fungal and steroid cream has had no effect.
