Red rashes.
I am having red rashes in an around the inside of foreskin and in the head of my penis from 25/07/2018 and its feels a lot itchy. I had an unprotected sex with my wife 2 days before and had masturbated on the morning of 25th...after that during the day time I am feeling a itchy down there in my penis. When I looked around by removing the foreskin I saw red and white rashes in the penis. Kindly help... What kind of medicines I can take to get rid of it. Thanks.
