My 10 year old son has a red spot in his left eye like blood spot in his left side of the eye . Not understanding exact cause he didn't got any hurt in eye .

Hello Red spot could be due to many causes like subconjunctival hemorrhage, allergy etc It is very difficult to comment without examining you Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
