Red spots on skin
One day back, several red spots started appearing on neck and chest area. There is no itchiness however there is severe pain while moving the neck. It pains while consuming food as well. We tried a few home remedies such as applying ice and antiseptic cream but that didn't seem to help.

Hi. Can u elaborate the history more ?? Like when the red spots started ? And duration of pain ? Are the skin lesions increasing??
