Red spots on chest persist for over 2 month. Could this be a yeast infection, Parasite infection. What could it be?

Red spots on chest are commonly seen in seborrhoeic dermatitis. Creams and tablets are awailable to treat this. Kindly send me photos for better understanding and accurate diagnosis. Following this i can write a prescription and tell you ways to avoid recurrence.
