I can see some painful red spots on top of upper teeth. What may me these. I can see these from 2 days.

Hi, these are called angina bullosa haemorrhagica. They are blood filled blisters that can develop spontaneously or due to trauma or underlying conditions like diabetes. This usually resolves spontaneously and requires no treatment.
