Red tiny outgrowths on the skin of child
My son (5 years old) has got some red tiny outgrowths on his head and neck from today morning. One or two are there on his chest and back too. Little itching is there. No fever, no pain or no any other symptoms. I am very much worried. Please inform me the solution.
