Reddish brown tooth
Reddish brown patches in back of my lower jaw front three teeth. I brushed a lot there but no changes, also read some internet remedies and afraid to experiment with my teeth without consulting dentist. Please tell me cheap remedy so that lazy person like me can surely apply

only a professional cleaning can help you at this stage. after that you can mantain hygeine and prevent its recurrence. Laziness can bring you at this stage but to go back you have to make an effort and visit a dentist.

Hi You can get a professional cleaning done for once and then maintenance can be done by regular brushing and avoiding food with artificial colour. Also minimising green tea , tea and coffee. Regards

You must have to do teeth cleaning procedure in dental clinic once, because on dentist can removes that layer on your teeth,  after that follow right brushing technique to avoid it's recurrence

Hi..... Brush your teeth after you eat. Keep a toothbrush at work to use after eating. Brush using a fluoride-containing toothpaste at least twice a day, especially after meals.... Floss at least once a day. Proper flossing removes food particles and plaque from between your teeth.... Schedule regular dental checkups. See your dentist on a regular basis — generally once or twice a year — to have your teeth or dentures examined and cleaned......
