Reddish scalp behind my head

Hello sir/ madam, I have this problem where at the back of my head there is this reddish scalp where when I scrub it off with my fingers, flakes of dandruff goes down. its not itchy tho, but i ask someone to take a picture and it was alot of it. I need help ASAP.
