5 years age & redness in these days more goes towards allergic conjuctivitis.so stop all cold items in food & avoid heat energy.if persist then cosult eye surgeon.

Might be due to allergy
Please share a close up pic of your eyes with information about pain redness watering discharge itching and blurring of vision Or consult an ophthalmologist nearby
If she is rubbing the eyes, could be allergic. Try cold water application over closed eyes 2-3 times. Can add Mezol eye drops 2 times a day for 1 week. In case of non improvement or worsening consult eye specialist immediately
