Redness around nose and chin

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Problem and for rednes around nose and chin area and I clean my face two times a day with proper cleansing stil occur redness around nose and I have small capillaries down nose I got small acne around nose am chin why it happen after proper cleaning and I don't eat oily food too much

If u rub the are too, that may be the reason. Use mild soaps or cleansers for the same without rubbing the area. Avoid scrubs. Treat dandruff accordingly if present. It may be a sign of rosaecea.
