My son is 1 year 2 months old. For 7-8 days in his one eye ball corner is reddish. From today this one little increased. Secretion not there. What needs to do?

Just put moisol eye drops 1drop in each eye 2times a day for 3days Redness will decreases for sure This redness may be due to local trauma by foreign body.
