Redness in gums (Masude).
My wife was suffering from gums bleeding and pain of front upper 5-6 teeth. She took many medicine from chemist but when it won't work we visited a dentist & after examination Doctor suggested for laser treatment of her teeth & gums and she gone through the treatment as suggested. After treatment(in February-2019)problem reduced to large scale but GUMS ABOVE UPPER 5-6 FRONT TEETH REMAINS RED AND PAINFUL. She took medicine as per the same dentist advice for continuous 3 month but as long as medicine continues it didn't pain & redness also fade. After stopping medicine for nearly 2 month it again becomes dark red and also start paining. Then we consult a medicine doctor and she advised that it will go by its own and need not to worry. But around Oct.-2019 the problem grows and we consult another dentist and we had his medication till 15March-2020. Again problem minimises but it remains red though pain was gone. After that we could not visit any dentist. Now, again it's red and paining.

Hello , as per your history and image provided one thing is clear that final diagnosis has not been achieved and only temporary symptomatic treatment has been done. It would be appropriate for you to first approach an oral diagnostician who are expertise in managing these than relying on temporary measures. Till that time you may try for better oral hygiene.
Next Steps
You can opt for detailed consultation preferably video consultation with me. Prior phone appointment mandatory.
Health Tips
You will be required to do few blood investigations and follow ups will be needed and necessary in your case.

As per the picture we can see that she has got stains and calculus around her teeth, which is the main reason for her redness. You need a proper scaling (cleaning) of teeth. You can use chlorhexidine mouthwash to rinse twice daily(mix it in water in 1:1 ratio) Apply metrogyl DG gel over your gums  twice daily for 15mins and rinse.
Next Steps
visit your nearby dentist to get an xray which will be helpful for further diagnosis. get a deep cleaning done for your teeth too.
Health Tips
Brush twice daily. rinse your mouth after every meal. for more suggestions kindly message in chat box.

The picture shows lot of deposits which is the main cause of gum inflammation. In such severity maintainence of your teeth is very important. Stop eating sweets or chocolates. Have more of vegetables and less of meat. Use mouthwash r warm salt water rinsing every day after every meal. Do undergo deep scaling procedure for every 3 months.
Next Steps
even after doing laser treatment if maintenance is not proper problem will recur again. scaling for every 3 months or 6 months is a must in your case depending on severity of deposit accumulation
