Hi sounds like allergic conjunctivitis from your symptoms Lubricant alone are not sufficient .I would advise pataday eyedrops twice a day with Lotel eye ointment at bedtime . Sore throat may be due to a pharyngoconjunctivitis so I would advise moxigram KT eye drops three times a day too with warm water saline gargle and tab limcee 500mg once a day .

This can be A case of viral conjunctivitis or allergic conjunctivitis. In viral conjunctivitis the symptoms like redness, watering, itching will increase over next few days and would then subside with medications. Also need to mention if there is any associated watery or mucoid discharge from the eye. I would recommend you to start lotepred eye drop 3 times a day for a week then taper it as twice a day and then once a day for subsequent weeks.
Next Steps
video consultation if symptoms do not resolve in 5-7 days.
