Redness, itching, cuts on private part
Hi doctor
From few days I am feeling sweeling, redness and cuts on foreskin due to which I am unable to move my foreskin back and it's pain alot....more than a week ago I applied Himalaya himcolin on my penis after applying I faced dryness on my penis also some white particals were form to get reed of this dryness I applied coconut oil which led to swelling,iching, n cuts n pain...is it a infection or side effect of Himalaya cream? Which cream should I apply on it? If i should a Medicine then pls suggest the name of it.. please help
