Dear doc.
How should i can reduce my eye number? Currently i have +3 and +3.5 eye number.
So please refer me how should i reduce it?

Exercises/ diet changes/ medication won't help to reduce the number.You can opt for contact lenses if you are not comfortable with glasses.
Visit an ophthalmologist and get evaluated for glass number(dilated refraction),tear function, retina examination,topography and corneal thickness;if ok you can have your number removed by LASIK.

There is no medicine or exercise to get rid of glasses except lasik and that too whe your number is stable.
