Reduce triglycerides
Since couple of days feeling uneasy like restlessness. After testing of lipid profile I found my triglycerides is 322.8. so need advice what medicine to take and it's usage

Hi sir, since I don’t have any history from you apart from the high triglycerides I can advise you generally what is advised to patients in this scenario. Stand alone triglycerides could be due to many reasons : did you concomitant your check your fasting and post prandial sugar to rule out diabetes, next have you ever had any pancreas related issues, do you drink alcohol if yes how many units per week. Why these questions is to rule out any primary cause leading to high triglycerides it could be diet related, lifestyle related, associated with diabetes mellitus or pancreas related issues. The first step is rarely medications without any associated history or further tests. Kindly get a consultation with a physician with fasting and post prandial blood sugar, amylase , lipase, tsh reports they advise you regarding further steps. Focus on low fat diet rich in fresh vegetables fruits, fibre. Exercise everyday for 30 minutes. Sun exposure 20-30minutes a day.avoid alcohol and smoking.
