hi ! pain in scrotum may be due to injury or hydrocel - swelling of scrotum with or with fluid. already you have been suffering since 3mnths may be due to hydrocel. consult a good homoeopath and get checked and go for medication, or else you can consult a general physician and get checked for medication.
