Hello doc.. i am a mother of 2 children with c section. My first baby was born in 2008 Dec and my second baby in Jan 2019. I had quite a big gap btw. But after my second baby i am having severe back pain and neck pain after doing house hold work and I'm a vegetarian don't even have egg. I feel I'm very weak. My belly stomach is still there. Kindly advise how to reduce. Suggest some belt to reduce my stomach. As I'm working no time to exercise. Plz do advise on back pain and weakness

You should come over once to be taught all the post natal exercises.
You should wear an abdominal belt which fits you well.
Remove the belt while eating and sleeping.
Please have calcium tablets.
Take fresh salads everyday.
Drink liquids as often as possible.
