Regarding body temperature
Hii, My 1month old daughter's stomach and back area also armpits is hot to touch. While rest of the body seems normal. Temperature on stomach showed 99.6while on forehead showed 97. What to do. Is she having fever? No cold no cough nothing, only feels very hot i mean very warmer than normal. Can i put paracetamol drops? My doc had prescribed it and aksed to have it handy when needed as now due to corona cant know if doctors see for all these matters. Thank you

Yes, you can give paracetamol drops in this situation. If temp remains like this, show baby to your Doctor

Can better check with digital thermometer if baby allows. Usually babies will be fussy and very uncomfortable if they have temperature

Babies at age do get fever unless vaccinated or if they contact infection and they are always warm to touch. Check temperature in the armpit , if more than 99.4 deg F , then it is fever.

Your baby doesn’t have fever, feed every 2 hrly and also on demand.
