Regarding bones and joint problems
My mother getting back pain, and cant walk or stand 1 minute. Please suggest me type of treatment. Her weight is near 95kg. and the age is 68.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. • Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. • Avoid bending in front.

Greetings,   sorry about your mother's trouble.   weight is not a concern for pain treatment.  if your mother had a fall which caused pain, treatment protocol is to see an orthopaedic to confirm injury to  bone. Based on recommendations see a physio for recovery. If she had pain which is not due to fall, then start treatment with a physio

give ice twice daily for 10 minutes around back from lower spine to back of thigh region.  lying on sides with pillows between thigh helps ease pain.

remember pain treatment followed by exercise program for at least 4 months cures back pain.  if any concerns do let me know.

Ma'am First of all get her X-Ray done of spine as soon as possible. Apply Cold pack Twice a day that will relieve pain While sitting and Standing both take care of her posture. Her Back Should be straight
