Regarding breastpain
I am having 9days old baby I am not getting sufficient milk for baby and from yesterday I am having light breastpain can I use ice bag to massage breast. How can I relive the pain

Yes you can use ice pack.Even pain killer is also good.Pain either due to milk letting or unsupport of breasts.Drink plenty of fluids like juice,dal and milk.You can use tablet also for milk.Supprt by loose bra is compulsory.
