Can he take soursoup tea and fruit his was diagnosed with mouth cancer and taken some cycle of chemo

if he is under treatment, then get him examined from time to time. If he has mouth ulcers or rawness, then he will find it difficult to take Sour soup etc although it is not restricted. Likewise fruits are not restricted and tea based on its temperature is fine.
