Regarding contact lenses
I have been diagnosed with allergic conjunctivitis and am using medications for the same, and I wear spectacles as well. When I consulted my doctor if I could use contact lens when the irritation soothes down, he suggested that I could but not daily. I would like more suggestions on this. I need to wear them for a day or two, just for a few hours. Shall I? The redness and itchiness seems to have become better since a week now.

I think your Doctor is the best person to advice you rather than someone who hasn’t seen or examined you. Please remember that your doctor would advise only what’s in your best interest.
