My mother has back pain for a week without any other symptoms. Her Dengue Antigen IgG has been detected positive while IgM and NS1 antigen are negative. Is she having dengue or it's past infection? Should she be admitted in hospital? Her platelets count is 3.89.

Since IgM and NS1 are negative it is probable that elevated IgG is from past infection. The normal platelet count should be between 1.5 - 4.5 lakhs. If her platelet count is 3.89 lakhs it is fine.
If she becomes febrile or has any other signs and symptoms please consult a physician for further guidance
