My problem is when I go for the potty I am unable to release them because of the pain.i am not aware what's happening.can anyone please tell me the solution for my problem

You are most probably suffering from Acute Fissure in Ano. Means there must have been a small tear while passing a hard stool. Get a Per rectal examination done from a surgeon. He will prescribe you ointment which has to be used for 6 months.
