Back pain due to disc prolapse is know to recur. In order to prescribe medications it is important to have a detailed history and examination. I would advise you to discuss with Orthopaedic Surgeon preferably through video consultation before taking analgesic tablets. Also you could discuss regarding which exercises to do and also when to start exercises for Back and Core strengthening.
Next Steps
Discuss with Orthopaedic Surgeon
Health Tips
Take rest. Avoid any exercise at the moment before discussing with your doctor. Discuss with doctor regarding pain killer medication.
