Regarding follicular study
I have been taking treatment for infertility for the past one mnth.. I started going for follicular study on 11th day which showed msf on left ovary and 20mm on right. Even after taking hsg injections 3times it did not rupture. Yesterday was my 18th day of follicular study..the dctr told that follice on right did not rupture and was about 29mm but there is apperance of free fluid which indicates other follicle has ruptured and told me there r chances for conception in this month. Is this true? How could dctr did not identify the other follicle for the past one week.. Will this kind of thing happens r not? Please explain.

Yes this can happen. Chances of pregnancy can be there. Small follicle can also rupture after hcg injection. However the certainity that they ll contain a good egg is not there..
