Currently taking medicine for migraine. Now no more headaches. But am not feeling hungry and suffering from loss of appetite though I do cycling. When I told this to my neuro psychiatrist. He is not taking care of this. He told to eat as much as yu can. Tat s it. Now am totally confused due to this ignorance from my doctor. I have a mind to stop allopathy medicines and to start homeopathy. Before I need to make sure homeopathy has medicines for my problem. And if it s so, how long I need to take homeopathy medicines to get cured . I also tried ayurveda and discontinued it as I am not able to follow the food restrictions

Hi, irritable bowels syndrome and gastro oesophageal reflux disorder caused mainly due to mental stress...since you are a IT professional you will have sedentary jobs to do but no physical activity to relax yourself.....
Follow these as first- aid for your complaints....then look for a good homoeopathy doctor....
1. Don't sit for hours together while working....walk around every 2 hours atleast.
2. Don't take tea or coffee ...it is a big enemy to your complaint ....as it increases the acid production in your stomach and aggravates your complaint...
3. After intake of every meal walk around for 10 to 15 mins...at night do not lie down flat after dinner....should maintain 45 degrees position atleast for 30 mins...to avoid the reflux of food through food pipe...
4. Take meals on time....split the food intake into 6 times a day...
5. Intake curd as probiotics
6. Do Yogasanas to relieve your stress.....increases oxygen intake to your whole body....helps you rejunuvate yourself...
7. Smoking and alcohol should be avoided for your complaint....
8. Take easily digestible foods...avoid all the oily spicy heavy food....outside foods
We have wonderfully acting homoeopathic remedies like nux vomica, carbo veg, nat phos...
Note : stop your migraine medicines...immediately....let your headaches come back...your loss of appetite might be due to suppression the migraine headaches which gets driven inwards has deep seated effect on important organs like this...after you get back your headaches see the change in your appetite...if your appetite comes back to normal then it is due to suppression of migraine
Visit a homoeopathy doctor and start medication....u will be fine soon...

IBS and Migraine both are very well managed and cured by Homoeopathy. And with treatment, unlike other treatments, it should improve your appetite , energy levels and general well being.
I think tbacco chewing is only major restriction and it's not only for treatment but also is a major health hazard. Apart from that,no restrictions but rather a balanced diet is adviced.
About time required to treat...it depends on factors like what kind of treatment done in past as suppression due to one and side effects of the same on your health also need to be treated. Taking Atleast 3months of regular Homoeopathic treatment is must.
The best part of Taking Homoeopathic treatment is a overall health improvement and permanent relief of solutions. Choosing right doctor is vital too.
hi ! definitely all the GIT troubles can be cured completely without recurrence in homoeopathy. but you have said you have frequent ulcer problems - if you have mouth uclers they can be cured very easliy, but if the ulcers are in the stomach or duodenum or oesophagus etc then it may take sometime to cure completely.
Next Steps
consult a good homoeopath in ur vicinity, or else u can consult me thru contact or mail i can guide u for the treatment.
Homoeopathy offers the most wonderful and permanent solution especially in cases of IBS. It should be the treatment of choice in such cases. Assuming that you are sincere in taking medication roughly a duration of 6 months seems reasonable for your treatment.
