Nourishment has to be be from inside also, as far as hair fall is concerned. So there is a treatment called Nasyam in Ayurveda where the medicated oil, which is good for hair growth is instilled through nasal route. Consult a good Ayurvedic physician near you for getting this treatment done. Do not try this at home, this is to be carried out only under medical supervision. I have been getting tremendous results for my patients with Nasyam. Of course application of oil externally will also help a lot. But for a permanent cure Nasyam is needed

Apply hair oil at least twice a week. Check blood for Hb level and take iron and folic acid tablets if necessary, add dry fruits - 2 almonds , 5-6 black raisins and 1 dried date to your breakfast everyday. Apply a hair pack of dry powders mixed in water, of amla, bhringraj (maka), guduchi all mixed together once a week. If possible apply only eggwhite to scalp keep for 10 min. and wash off with lukewarm water once a week.
