Regarding headache & Dizziness
I had throbbing pain in head for 2-3 days.I had taken vertin 8mg 2 times.Now I dont have pulsing.but head heaviness and neck stiffness at back side of head especially while lying down it goes worse.what to do.

It looks like ur balance Center got affected.
Any jerk to neck or twisting?
Any fall?
Next Steps
Take painkillers for few days and avoid sudden position change. Avoid pillow for few days too

These are Migraine like Headache. You require Pain reducing Analgesics like Etoricoxib for reducing Headache. Consultation with a Neurologist is useful if Symptoms do not Reduce or if episodes recur frequently
