Regarding Iron and Calcium
Hlo sir/madam My child is 5.5 yrs old. Kindly suggest a good Iron and Calcium Syrup/tonic for kids. Thanks

Rely more on food rather than tonics. Give plenty of milk and milk products. Include leaffy vegetables and jaggery preparations in diet regularly.

Instead of giving supplement let the child eat well.. healthy and balanced diet.. which includes protien carbohydrates and 15 percentage fat also.. Red colour fruits, all veggies, milk and milk products..pulses etc...
