Regarding medicines
As per the prescription i am taking pantofirst dsr, acenac,st cort and ginkomat M and dikzin gel. After 5 days i am prescribed to take ginkomat M and calcirest M for 3 months. Do i need take pan d as well when i will have ginkomat M and calcirest M? Can you also suggest me if i avoid calcirest m as i want to have calcium through natural food? Please suggest doctor..thanks

Yes you may take calcium by other product.and stop to take calcium tablet.

secondly pentofirst DSR tablet is antacid tablet ,if you have a problem of acridity then continue this.if not then you may stop this tablet.consult me online for further query and complaint with full history and report for complete cure.
