Regarding Menstrual health
I had my periods on 18th Feb. My periods are normally regular. I had unprotected sex on the 5th day of period and i took an i-pill on the 7th day. On 1st March I went for yoga class for the fisrt time and it was very exhaustive with 50 suryanamaskar and other asaans. My whole body is aching after that. From 3rd March I see pink discharge followed by red blood discharge drop drop. The flow is not heavy but now consistent from last 24 hrs. Medical history : I had 2 miscarriage in 2016 at 16th and 8th week respectively. No children. Please tell me with the current situation do i need to worry or is it normal?

Intermenstrual spotting can be because of heavy exercise Or ovulation bleeding. I pill also can cause minimal spotting and irregularities in periods. If spotting doesn't subside in 2 to 3 days consult gynecologist and get local examination done for cervical erosion or polyp.
Next Steps
Proper contraception advice if you do not want pregnancy.
Health Tips
I pill should not be used as regular Contraceptive.
