Hello, Was the doctor that you consulted an ophthalmologist? Or a physician? To attribute relief from eye problems by tablets taken orally is not common in children. Would advice a thorough ophthalmic check up , Find the root cause and treat it. Neosight contains basically vitamins and minerals. The effect looks most likely a placebo one.
Next Steps

Neosight can be given for a longer period Upto 6 weeks without side effects. However, for your child’s eye stress and pain, you need to get his refraction checked. Also, you need to reduce his screen time with frequent breaks, give a diet rich in fruits and vegetables and use lubricating eye drops like refresh tears if he complains of strain.

Try not to give more than a month. And reduce other reasons for eye strain like watching TV or playing games on phone etc
