Regarding palpitation or Fear in heart.
I have concentric lvh and hypertension and a heart beat of 100 and Anxiety. I have been prescribed telma 40 and eslo 2.5. On taking eslo 2.5 I feel a kind of chest pinch and a fear and worry or may be palpitations , as if my heart beat is pounding fast.I am having interrupted sleep.In the middle of night i woke up and feel as if feeling palpitation. I am in deep worry.
Do I have to continue this medicines or to change.Please advise?

Hi. Your symptoms may be due to anxiety. If you are not comfortable with medications consult with doctor and change. Do ecg and thyroid profile for palpitations.
