Regarding Period - I Got Normal Flow For 3 Day Bleeding On

I got normal flow for 3 day bleeding on period date but earlier used to get 5 day longperiod bleed .so after bleed done urine test negative confirm not pregnant or need to do bhcg for confirmation?
