Regarding period

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had my last period on 26 March . Which came after I was given crina NCR tablet for 5 days , all my pregnancy test came negative , blood test showed hcg level less than 2 now it's April 27 and I'm late by one day no sexual contact since my last period , what might be the reason my period is late , even I have taken caberlin tablet on 8 April and 11 April as I experienced breast discharge . My thyroid test are normal and prolactin test was also normal . Does this medicine affects the menstrual cycle . When can I expect my period I don't want to take that tablet again to make my period come .
